Building a dream one Goal at a time

We are going to kick this off with some information about how to get started documenting an Active Life Goal. This blog will start to detail out some of the steps that will help thousands of people achieve their goals this year. Take some time to think about your goals, your dreams and your desires now and stay tuned for the launch of Active Life Goals.

You can visit us at www.activelifegoals.com and provide your email address to get updates on our future launch.
Things to consider when setting Active Goals

1) Training is essential to your success. You cannot expect to ride the MS 150 bike ride if you have never pedaled more than 10 miles. Take some time to work up to the 150 miles your body will appreciate you and you will experience a much more enjoyable event.

2) Learn from experts what you need to succeed. What gear do you need? How long do you need to train? What type of nutrition should I consider for this event?

3) Have fun! We are our own worst enemies when it comes to motivation. Being fit and active is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. Don't look at a workout as work when it is really play! Go Play and have fun!

Our site will provide you with guidelines and expert advice to get you started. All you need to do is provide the energy and enthusiasm to go after your dreams.
